Townsville maybe be home to over 170 000 people but without a doubt you can tell who is the centre of this family and with those beautiful eyes and a ton of personality you can see why.
Toddlers see the world a little differently than everyone else and it opens us up to all that we are missing in our chaotic, fast paced world. They remind us to explore and take in the world around us, to share it with those we love. We are constantly in awe of their rambunctious nature, freedom to run wild, to dance and laugh. They are constantly learning and while we may be teaching them, they are also guiding us.
The Harte family and the centre of their world was no different and for a moment it was breathtaking to be invited in to experience the love they share. An afternoon at Pallarenda was a little different than normal but we still got to play, explore and enjoy a little treat or two.
I can’t help but bask in the palpable love and joy seen in every image and be reminded of the pricelessness of family photography. In the time since these photos were captured, new words will have been learnt, new adventures undertaken and little personalities will have grown and adapted in subtle (or not so subtle ways) but now there will always be this moment and what a beautiful one it is.
